Our services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts • Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws • Provide accurate and complete information during registration • Maintain the security of your account credentials

If you are using our services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for: • Safeguarding your password and account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any of these terms or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Payment Terms: • All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified • Payment is due at the time of service purchase • We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified • Prices are subject to change without notice

Refund Policy: • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided • Service fees may be partially refundable if services have not been rendered • Government filing fees and third-party costs are non-refundable • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase • Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis

For the Global Founder Residency™ Program, specific refund terms apply as outlined in the program agreement.

The Sealcore Global name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Sealcore Global or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sealcore Global and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" • We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding our services • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services • We are not responsible for the actions of third-party service providers or government agencies

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
